All premiums, benefits, eligibility, underwriting decisions, discounts, add-ons, terms, conditions, and final quotations are subject to verification and confirmation by Galaxy Health Insurance Company Limited.
Users must verify all details with the official insurer portal, policy wording, brochure, circulars, and authorised company communication before sharing or finalising any proposal.
1. Information We Collect
Personal information: mobile number, name, designation, state, and district for login, profile display, branding, analytics, and support.
Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or bank details. We store payment reference ID, amount paid, and plan type.
Usage data: login timestamps, page access logs, and feature usage for performance improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to authenticate users, provide access to calculators and Pro features, generate branded posters and quotations, process payments, improve performance, and prevent misuse.
We do not use your data for advertising or resale.
